Quickbooks. Accounting software you can but from Walmart or Target.
A lot of people are having success with Microsoft Money or Quicken. If the business is small enough you could create your own system in excel. I would check with an accountant first, so you know exactly what you will need to keep track of, then go on line and see if you can download some of the trial programs & see what you like.
