What business book am I thinking of?

This book identified four animal types that would be good for a (startup?) business to have among its management, to foster sound decision making. Two mentioned were the hare and tortoise/turtle. I’m positive I have heard someone talk about this book at work. Sadly, I can only share in your frustration.

Not sure if there were 4 animals or not, but this is the only business book that talks about a Hare and a Tortoise. (that I can find or remember)
There may be another book you are thinking about, called Who moved my cheese? by Spencer Johnson. It deals with 2 Mice called Sniff Scurry, and 2 Littlepeople called Hem Haw, and how the 4 creatures deal with thier surroundings. Great read even if it is not what you are looking for…
