How do I publish and market a book on small business issues?

I have written a lot of articles that I place on my website and in my monthly newsletter to small business owners. Now, I would like to pull from all those articles and write a book. I’m not sure where to get started. I’d also like to know the costs involved in printing and marketing the book.

Printing can be done through Lulu.com which has tiered levels of quality and service (ISBN registration, for example) that I’ve seen blog folks get published from. Marketing I think you would be best to handle yourself when it comes to the website. I’m in the middle of editing my own novel and am trying Adams Media Corporation; they do business books as well.
