Bryan Ellis is widely recognized as a expert in the fields of real estate investing and internet marketing, so it’s no wonder he’s regarded as a founding thinker of the new phenomenon of Virtual Real Estate Investing. I recently spoke with him about this topic:

Landlords, rehabbers and foreclosure investors, take notice - you may soon be focused on the new concepts of Virtual Real Estate Investing. Everything from using the internet as an avenue to make more money in real estate to online games such as SecondLife seem to be included in the popular definition of this term. And the pure financial potential is staggering.

In order to figure out the truth of the matter, I sought out Bryan Ellis whose experience in the fledgling industry is truly impressive.

“I began using the term ‘virtual real estate investing’ in the late 1990’s when I realized the clear similiarities in profit strategies, regardless of whether the real estate in question is ‘virtual’ or ‘physical’” said Ellis.

One example of the parallels between virtual and physical real estate Bryan Ellis cites is the similarity between the monetization of domain names versus physical property. He points out that control of a domain name or even a specific web page is much like controlling a real estate property: “those assets can be monetized in similar ways: By selling them for a profit, by leasing them, by offering advertising, etc. It’s not even necessary to own a website in order to profit from it.”

Bryan Ellis points to the example of websites like HubPages, Squidoo, Google Knol, etc. “Each of these services allows any person to write an article or create other type of content, and then allows the author to share in the revenue generated on that page. It’s almost as if you’re renting retail space in a highly desirable shopping district, only you get the benefit of a ‘great address’ in the form of a well-known domain host like Google.com but without paying a single penny in rental fees. It’s a win-win scenario.”

I must admit: Its easy to see the parallels. For example, if you’re the owner of a desirable property, its desirability is (in a business context) largely due to its being in a location that is of interest to others. Similarly, ownership of a desirable domain name is valuable for the same reasons. Regardless of the type of asset, you can sell or lease or use any number of strategies to turn the assets into cash.

There are lots of kids story books published so parents have a lot of of choices. Parents can read with their kids or the children can read on their own. Reading is fun both alone as well as together. Books can be expensive, though, so you may want to find a way to save money such as joining the local libraries or buying from discount stores. Your local library should have lots of kids books to choose from. If they do not, they should be able to borrow from other libraries, even from out of state libraries.

Choosing the most appropriate books to start your children off with can be a tough job. You want topick suitable books that are also fun to read so that your children will love reading and will want to read more. At your library, you are likely to find books that are age appropriate for your children and those that your children should not read. Some parents just let their kids loose in the kids’ section of the library and let them pick out what they want to read. Others prefer to read kids book reviews and only give appropriate books to their children. You can find numerous kids’ book reviews online, in newspapers, and in magazines for parents. Your local library may also have a list of recommended books for kids.

For toddlers or babies, board books are great. Board books are usually small books made of cardboard. They can withstand rough handling and can withstand being thrown around. You can also clean the pages quite easily because many of them are glossy. There is a large number of board books in stores and they can be quite cheap. Board books usually have colorful pages and simple storylines with few words so that babies and toddlers can get used to the idea of reading even when they cannot read yet.

Find online college by doing your homework.  Research the universities and colleges online that offer the programs with the majors that you require.  Make a list of pros and cons of each college and include costs, fees, courses, requirements and ease of the websites.  You will want to make sure that the university or college that you choose is fully accredited and has a reputation that is solid.  If you do your research properly you will be able to find a college that meets your needs, at a price that will fit your budget.  With online colleges students can dedicated their college time to learning and making the most of their academic career. Engineering college online programs are said to be one of the hardest majors that you can tackle and most of the students going full time in these programs will not have much time for other things.  If you are attempting to get an engineering degree online, you will want to not take too many courses at one time; especially if you are carrying a full time job as well.  For students that are currently trying to work full time, those individuals will want to apply for engineering scholarships to help with extra funds to see them through the courses.

Ask the admissions advisor if you can have a demonstration of their platform and if they offer online tutorials to students.

3. Must have tech support. Since all of your studies are done on your computer in an online environment, the chances that you will run into some sort of technical issue are pretty good. Make sure that the school you choose has 24/7 tech support. You can ask the admissions advisor how long the average wait time is to speak to tech support – chances are when you run into problems you won’t have that much time to figure them out.

4. Must provide student services. A good online college has student services to make sure that their students have the optimal chance at success. This includes offering tutoring services for a small fee or even for free.

5. Must accept CLEP credits. You may hear many online schools advertising credits for “life experience.” In general, the only legitimate way to offer this is through CLEP testing. These credits are accepted at many online colleges and traditional universities. They are a great way to test out of classes on subjects that you may already have mastered.

6. Must have small class sizes. A good online college will have a small number of students in each class. This is because online students need a lot of individual attention to ensure that they do not feel isolated. A smaller class size makes this more manageable for the instructor, which brings me to my next must have …

7. Instructors must be accessible. Make sure that the school that you choose requires instructors to allot a certain amount of time to give students the chance to speak with them on an individual basis.

8. Must have a variety of financial aid options. If you are in need of some type of help to pay for school, like most of us, make sure that the school you choose has plenty of financial aid options. These include federal grants, scholarships, and student loans. Ask the admission advisor specifically about this – for each school has different financial aid opportunities.

These are some of the most important things to watch out for in order to find an online college that is right for you.

All these discussion points will probably make for a long conversation, so make sure that you put aside some time to get to each of them. Don’t worry about asking the admissions advisors at your school choices too many questions – that is what they are there for! Now I thought this was just another bland self help book when I first picked it up, but once I actually took the time to read Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T Harv Eker I realised it actually changed my view of money completely.

Did you know you had a money mentality?  Neither did I, but mine has resulted in less than satisfactory results up until now, so I was relieved when I realised Harv was telling me how to transform it.  Harv’s Millionaire Mind Intensive Seminar will teach you this but so does the book, and it’s quality stuff.

I learned that a millionaire mind is very different from most minds!  The way you think is paramount, and the way you were brought up has a big influence on how you behave around money right now.  That was the major ‘learning point’ for me, although finding out that most money issues in marriages are caused by those differing influences during childhood has to come a close second.

T Harv Eker founded the Peak Potentials Training company on his beliefs, and those beliefs are shot right through his book, Secrets of a Millionaire Mind.  If you want to know why you never seem to win in life, then this is for you.  If you already think you know everything then you might not want to bother reading it – but I guarantee you’d be missing a trick!

My only niggle is that there are too few stories of successful people in the book.  Peak Potentials Training has clearly changed the lives of thousands of people, and more tales of how they did it would be great to read.  They would provide a learning experience for readers of the book to take in.

But let’s not forget what T Harv Eker has achieved with “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind”, because he has created a book that touches on everything you need to know to start making the changes that will result in transforming your life completely.  There are no long beginnings here – be ready to start learning right away!

Once you have the book you will see why so many people make the effort to go to the Millionaire Mind Intensive Seminar, but if you can’t make it to that then you can be rest assured that the book alone can and will change your life if you give it a chance.

Let me be very clear though and tell you that it’s no good reading this book with a dubious frame of mind.  You’ll need the ability to read and digest everything: reading alone won’t do the trick here.  This is a practical guide to changing your life and your attitude about money.

Seeing as T Harv Eker’s Millionaire Mind book has already changed my life, I can do nothing else except recommend it thoroughly.  Thinking big is the route to success here, and Harv will show you exactly how to do it – just as he showed me.

T. Harv Eker has changed the lives of thousands of people, and he has earned millions in his life.  But could he really show me how to earn as much money as I wanted in the Millionaire Mind Intensive seminar he has become famous for – I didn’t think so.  I was wrong.

This guy is big on making big changes to achieve what you want in life, and I’m still reeling from what I discovered when I turned up for the seminar.  If you’re wondering whether this offering from Peak Potentials Training really delivers, the answer is definitely yes.  It’s an absolute must see that you will kick yourself for if you never go see it yourself.

Sure, you can read T Harv Eker’s bestselling book, “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind”, but you’ll be missing out on a lot of knowledge that the man himself starts sharing as soon as he arrives on stage.  He’s bursting with energy and enthusiasm and it’s infectious!

If you are expecting to just listen to the Millionaire Mind Intensive seminar, don’t bother going.  Harv will dismantle your life but he’ll give you a better one as a result.  He reveals how your mind is responsible for your whole life.

If you want to stick with what you’re doing, then forget about using T Harv Eker’s teachings.  You’d better go prepared because he leaves no stone unturned to get you to the truth of money blueprints and how they work, and that means you’ll be saying goodbye to your current blueprint.

Harv Eker’s seminar is a two way deal – he does his bit, you do yours and everyone enjoys the experience and the detail he shares with his audience.  The interactive nature of it made me work hard to discover why my earnings hadn’t matched up to my ambitions so far.  It would be great if he offered to see people on a one to one basis – but the guy wouldn’t have a life if he did, he’s that good.

Peak Potentials Training certainly does work for those people who go with an open mind, so make sure you go with one.  The experience of hearing T Harv Eker revealing the reasons why no one in the room was earning what they wanted to be earning was awesome.  I don’t think about my income the same way I used to.

To get the best out of this Millionaire Mind Intensive seminar you need to pay attention to what Harv tells you. You really can earn whatever you want to and T Harv Eker will help you make that a reality.

By all means read his book, “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind”.  But you cannot afford to miss the seminar.  If you thought you knew a lot about money, think again!  Even if you are earning a good income now, you can do so much better.
