Can someone recommend a good introductory book on Business/Management?

And I wondered If theres a book that roughly covers these subjects and suitable for someone with non-related subject degree.

I personally like Execution by Bossidy and Charan, it says how poor managers either try to micro-manage or delegate everything. There is a fine line of getting the hands dirty as well developing employees.
Jack Welch’s books are really popular, but I’m not a fan of his vitality curve.
