Anger Management Advice For The Over Fifties

So you have anger management issues and are in need of help. The time has arrived when you need to change; things are not good; in fact there is a danger that your life could spiral out of control. However bad things may have become there is a future to think about. It may at this stage seem as if this future may not be that bright however things change, that is if you are willing to change.
